Refund policy

REFUND POLICY

Wines and Merchandise

All sales are final.

Items may NOT be returned for a refund, credit or exchange.

However, we understand there are exceptions; therefore, see below:

We believe that proper storage is crucial to the quality of wines. Since we cannot control how bottles are stored once they leave our possession, we will only accept bottles for exchange within 15 days of purchase. Items to be returned are subject to evaluation by our staff, and must be accompanied by your original sales receipt.

How to Return Items

Bring your items back to Windy Winery within 15 days of purchase, along with your original sales receipt. If your items were shipped or delivered, please call us at (979)836-3252 to discuss your options.

How We Issue Refunds and Exchanges

Windy Winery stands behind all our wines we sell. If you open a bottle and find that it is defective, we will gladly exchange it for a bottle of equal or greater value. The exchange value is based upon what you paid for the defective item, NOT the item’s price the day you return it. If you exchange an item for one of greater value, you will be asked to provide the retail price difference, along with any applicable taxes, at the time of the exchange. We do not issue store credit.

Harvest Grape Stomp Policy

Indemnify and Hold Harmless Agreement

In consideration for the right to participate in the
Windy Winery Harvest Grape Stomp, you and each person in your group participating in the Grape Stomp agree to indemnify and hold harmless Windy Winery Corporation, volunteers and sponsors from any and all claims arising from your participation in the grape stomp.

Advertising and Publicity
Consent And Release Form

I agree and consent that Windy Winery, and it’s nominees and assigns, may use the likeness and/or photography, as applicable, or any reproduction (full or partial) thereof, in any form, style, or color, together with any writing and other advertising material, including television,
in connection therewith, including the use of my name, as they may select. The consent and release is given without limitation upon, or liability for, any use for advertising, illustration, publication or broadcast of every kind, or in
trade or media, or for any purpose. I further agree that such photography and/or likeness or voice and the film, tape, plates and negatives thereof, shall be and remain their exclusive property. I further waive any right to inspect or approve the commercial or advertising material.

I UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT AN AGRITOURISM ENTITY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY TO OR DEATH OF AN AGRITOURISM PARTICIPANT RESULTING FROM
AGRITOURISM ACTIVITIES. I UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE ACCEPTED ALL RISK OF INJURY,
DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, AND OTHER LOSS THAT MAY RESULT FROM AGRITOURISM
ACTIVITIES.”
